The mug is made from food-grade PLA material, which is a bio-based alternative to plastic. The PLA material of the mug is derived from renewable resources, corn and potato starch, and is safe for food use. The mug’s exterior surface is made from insulating cork, which is harvested responsibly without damaging the tree itself and feels pleasant in the hand.

We donate 8% of the proceeds from each 2nd Life product sold to the John Nurminen Foundation for the protection of the Baltic Sea.
